Questions
Q: Is there a tutorial for Morpholio in the iOS app?

Q: What image files does Morpholio support?
A: The App supports png and jpg files under 5mb. The MyMorpholio website supports only jpg files under 5mb. Please note all file must be in RGB format.
Q: How do I change my profile cover image?
A: On your app home page hit unlock and then press the image box. To change it on the MyMorpholio website go to "Settings".
Q: How do I delete my images or collections on the App?
A: To delete images (also rearrange, change covers or any other edit functions) simply hit the unlock button. Press the small "X" on the bottom of any image or collection to delete. Please note the deleted images will remain in MyMorpholio for later use. You can delete them in "Add from MyMorpholio" to permanently delete them from your account.
Q: I'm getting an error message when loading photos from Photo Library.
A: Your Location services needs to be on. Please go to your Device Settings (gears icon) & Location Services and turn Morpholio ON. Why is this? Apple requires Location Services to be enabled since photos on the device encode where they were taken into the file itself. Morpholio does not track its users or use this information.
Q: Who will see my Pinups?
A: Pinups will be seen by those you invite and those who find it by searching. Please note your name and project titles are all searchable.
Q: What is the difference between Crit and Pinup?
A: At its most basic Crit is "private" and Pinup is "public." Crits can be used for private meetings, work sessions, presentations and submissions to your professor. Only the person invited can see your collection and only you can see their comments and EyeTime. Pinups are public and allow you to share your work with a greater audience. Pinups will be seen by those you invite and those who find it by searching. Please note your name and project titles are all searchable.
Q: What is the difference between MyMorpholio Web site and the Morpholio App?
A: MyMorpholio.com is a support website for the app. It permits an account to be set up and allows you to use your computer (via the website) to load images into your MyMorpholio Database. On the App you will have an ‘Add from MyMorpholio’ tab that allows these images to be added to collections. You will not be able to create and manipulate portfolios on the website itself.
Q: How do I get my work into Pinup?
A: When you Pinup your work and invite others your collection will acquire EyeTime. As it gets more EyeTime it will be highlighted for the Morpholio team. If the work is exceptional and addresses a category in Pinup you will receive an email asking for permission to post it.
Q: I'm having trouble loading images?
A: Note images must be jpg files and less than 5mb. If the image meets these requirements it might not be set to RGB or it could have some meta data from a camera. If this is the case, try a copy and paste in Photoshop to create a new file and import again.
Q: How do I change my email or password associated with my Morpholio account?
A: Currently you cannot delete images from MyMorpholio.com. You can however, delete the images in MyMorpholio from your iPhone/iPad by hitting the unlock button in any collection, then the ‘+ images’ icon, and next selecting ‘Add from MyMorpholio.’ In the top right corner ‘edit’ will allow you to delete any images not currently in a collection.
Q: Can I delete images from the MyMorpholio website?
A: Email community@morpholioapps.com with your current information as well as intended new credentials.
